Chicken Wrap with PB2 Sauce
Description
This is a delicious main course dish that serves four. If served as an appetizer, cut rolled tortillas in quarters for 10 servings.Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
1 lb: Boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup: Shredded lettuce
2 cups: Shredded carrots
16 oz can: Chopped water chestnuts
1 cup: Shredded cabbage
1/4 cup: Honey
1/3 cup: PB2
1 Tbsp: Lime juice
1 Tbsp: Seasame oil
2 Tbsp: Rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp: Water
Methods/steps
Heat oil in a skillet and saute chicken until fully cooked. Combine sauce ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Place even amounts of chicken and vegetables on each flour tortilla. Pour desired amount of sauce over ingredients and roll up.

Besides just being a delicious product, PB2 and Chocolate PB2 are incredibly versatile. Uses are limited only by your imagination! Some of our favorite ways to enjoy both PB2 and CPB2:
* When added to almost any tomato based dish – salsa, BBQ sauce, Mexican dips, spaghetti sauce – PB2 mellows out the acidic flavor of the tomatoes.
* Any fruit dipped in PB2 or CPB2 powder is delicious! Tip: Spoon PB2 or CPB2 into a zipper bag. Cut a banana into bite size pieces and place in bag. Zip bag closed and shake to coat the fruit – enjoy. This is an easy, kid friendly, healthy snack. Good with apples and pineapple too.








Additional Tips
Use skinless chicken, fat-free tortillas, and ONLY reconstituted PB2. You can also use romaine lettuce leaves as the wraps instead of the tortillas.
